We ended up having a pest problem on the grounds of our business which our previous exterminator was unable to manage. ESP Pest Control was recommended by The Board of Health , so I gave them a call. Paul was expedient in his response, gave us a realistic and defined abatement program and brought what was a bad situation under control within a week’s time. I couldn't have asked for a more polite, caring, willing to work individual - he made me feel as ease as soon as I met him, he showed me pictures of these creatures in a book and explained what had to be done. Could't answer about the price of the service as I never hired an exterminator before so had nothing to compare it to, the important thing is that the problem was solved. Thanks Paul Hope I never need the service again, but ESP would be who I would call.
